A peaceful Bavarian spring landscape, where wildflowers bloom along a winding stream and the distant Alps glow beneath a soft pink sky. Gentle reflections, expressive brushwork and fresh spring colours capture the quiet beauty of nature coming back to life.

Original Acrylic Painting by Lillian Gray

Where Spring Begins captures the gentle awakening of the Bavarian countryside after winter.

A winding stream leads the eye through a lush alpine valley towards distant mountains, their peaks warmed by the delicate pinks, peaches and lavender tones of the sky. Evergreen forests frame the landscape, while clusters of wildflowers, including delicate daisies and purple blossoms, bring colour and life to the foreground.

Soft reflections dance across the water, carrying the colours of the sky through the landscape. Loose, expressive brushwork creates a beautiful balance between the tranquillity of the distant mountains and the lively detail of the spring meadow.

Painted in acrylic on canvas, this original artwork celebrates the freshness, renewal and quiet optimism of spring in Bavaria.
